An open-label trial to determine the antidepressant effects of SAM-e (s-adenosyl-L-methionine, a naturally occurring substance present in the human body) on HIV positive persons with diagnosed Major Depressive Disorder.
Serostim®
A study to examine the efficacy and safety of Recombinant Human Growth Hormorne (Serostim®) to treat the metabolic complications in people living with HIV/AIDS termed lipodystrophy.
SHAMAN SB-300 Diarrhea Study
An open label pilot study to observe the health benefits and safety of orally administered SB-300 in HIV positive persons with chronic diarrhea.
Topical Aspirin
A double blind randomized clinical trial to determine the efficacy of locally applied solutions of aspirin and diethyl ether in the treatment of painful sensory peripheral neuropathy in HIV positive persons.
